Consumer health data notice
Effective 11 October 2026. Healthspan Post is operated by Scott and the Healthspan Post team. Some US state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law, treat information that could suggest something about your health as consumer health data. This notice explains the little of it we handle. Ourprivacy policy covers everything else.
What we collect, and only if you choose to
- Your product finder match (which supplement the quiz matched you with), only when you tick the box asking for follow-up emails about it.
- Your stated preferences: how you'd rather take a supplement, NMN or NR, and whether cost or convenience matters more, when you ask us to email your match.
We never collect or store the goal you chose in the quiz (such as energy or healthy aging). Answering the quiz without leaving an email stores nothing about you: we only count how many people chose each answer.
Why we use it
Only to send what you asked for: up to six emails about your match (fewer if you agreed before 11 October 2026), and price-drop alerts if you chose them. We also look at totals (for example, how many people were matched with each product) to improve the site.
Who handles it
Our newsletter provider (Beehiiv) stores it with your email address, and our email delivery service (Resend) sends the emails. Both act only on our instructions. We do not sell it, and we never share it with advertisers, ad networks or social media platforms.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete this data, and withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or email hello@healthspanpost.com and we'll act within 30 days. If we decline a request you can appeal by replying to our answer, and you can contact your state attorney general.
