Closest to the trials if swallowed. The NMN trials we have reviewed gave NMN by mouth, swallowed (Pencina 2023 used 500 mg tablets). Powder mixed into a drink is the same molecule taken the same way. Renue also lists its powder for use under the tongue; no trial we have reviewed tested that. (Pencina 2023; Yi 2023)

Other Renue NAD+ products
These are left out of the cost-per-dose cards because their doses aren't comparable:
- NAD+ Complete (liposomal capsule): a blend of NMN 310 mg, NAD+ 160 mg, NR 100 mg and trigonelline 70 mg per 2-capsule serving, 120 capsules (60 servings) per bottle. Because it mixes four ingredients, a cost per 500 mg of any one of them would mislead, so we don't give one. We have not found a human trial of this blend.
- NAD+ Complete Nasal Spray: 10 mg NMN per 2-spray serving, plus NAD+, NR and trigonelline. That is far below the 300 to 2,000 mg a day used in the oral trials, so a cost per 500 mg would mislead. We have not found a human trial of intranasal NMN.
Buyer facts
- Is NMN legal in US supplements? Yes. On 29 September 2025 the FDA determined that NMN is lawful for use in dietary supplements. Details and sources.
- HSA/FSA. Renue's own product pages for NMN Pure Powder and NMN Liposomal Capsules say "HSA/FSA Eligible" (checked 10 October 2026). That is Renue's statement, not ours; check with your plan administrator before relying on it.
- Official store or a marketplace. If you buy Renue By Science products on Amazon or another marketplace, the sale happens through that marketplace and its sellers, not Renue's store, and we earn nothing on it. Renue's official store shows the Supplement Facts on each product page and publishes batch test reports by lot number, so you can match the lot printed on your container.
